Tada He's Finished

As promised I am taking a quick minute to post Lohre from the Black Lagoon.  He is finally finished.

Here he is after his four step painting process.  I just need to put a varnish coat on to protect the paint and he is ready to roll.

This was a fun learning process which I plan on using again for other pieces I have plans to do.  So stay tuned.  Off to work now.  Have a great week everyone.  Thank you as always for stopping by.

Okay, I thot he looked great unpainted, but I knew who he was just by the first site of him painted here. Amazing! And I am also in love with your dragon! Yes, I do believe you are headed for a fabulous year my friend!

Oh, thank you Judy. That means a lot coming from you as I admire your opinion so much. Not that I don't appreciate opinions from other artists and friends. You are so detail oriented. Thank you for the encouraging words.

Thank you Susan.
He's adorable! How big is he?

He sits about 7" high. He was made from a small vinyl baby doll. Thanks for asking and I love your work by the way.
