Conservatory Mini's

These photos are from a recent trip to my local conservatory here in Cincinnati.  They usually put on a nice holiday display.  One of the feature attractions in the last few years has been these amazing miniatures created by a local artists and his team.  They are fashioned out of natural materials and usually reflect actual buildings or historical landmarks of the city.  I think his work is amazing.  His last name I believe is Busse and he creates these all over the world.

Another view of some of the buildings.

Here is a close up of some of the details of the buildings.  It makes me want to create little hidden worlds for my little goblin guys.  It is always a treat to find an artist who can really touch your imagination in such positive ways.  Hope you enjoy these as much as I did.

Thanks Susie for the encouragement. I have always wanted to create little tablous or scenes. I am intimidated by the details of it all. Thanks Cynjon. I have been enjoying your pic a day on your blog.
